Safe and reliable storage with steel lockers
Steel lockers, discover the Bricks locker concept
The metal Bricks locker concept is an established name in the field of safe and secure storage. The unique construction brings not only functional, but also aesthetic value to any educational facility. Thanks to the surface mounted doors, the body of the locker is not visible, creating a clear and calm appearance. In addition, each configuration is fitted with a side wall on each end to cover the connection holes and any wiring. Moreover, there are no fancy bells and whistles, which not only enhances the visual calm, but also the solidity.

Bricks are very robust and withstand all conditions
Metal lockers are suitable for locations with little supervision
Bricks are heavy duty lockers, inherently very strong and they will hold up well under all conditions. The adjustable skirting board, roof and side walls are integrated into the locker configuration, secured invisibly during installation and impossible to remove afterwards without the right tools. This makes the Bricks ideal for locations with little supervision and where conditions require the robust qualities of the metal lockers.
The doors of the metal locker, which are fitted with cushioned stops, are attached with individual hinge pins of 7mm, preventing sagging even if someone were to stand on the door. A door limiter attached to the body ensures that the doors cannot open beyond 95°, preventing damage to adjacent doors.
The doors themselves are composed of two shell sections of 2.00 and 1.25 mm thickness welded together, making it virtually impossible to dent them. If required, the doors can also be single-walled to save on materials and costs. Of course, this option in no way reduces reliability.

The wide range of sizes and versions of our metal locker makes it very adaptable. The many options in terms of colour, material and image, including the use of colour patterns or sublimation of visualisations, can be used to customise the lockers even further to suit the atmosphere of each institution and room. In addition to the 18 mm melamine top panels in various décors, the side panels and doors can also be made in this material to create an individual look. To give you even more options, the doors are also available in materials such as chipboard, solid core or felt. In addition, steel lockers are ideal for combination with our Seat, Meet & Storage concept. And finally, they are suitable for the installation of just about any locking system. From cylinder and mechanical locks to electronic smart locker solutions. To this end, we work closely with our partners Vecos, Digilock and Eurolocks.

A sustainable choice
Manufacturing our metal lockers in the Netherlands alone reduces the carbon footprint, but we go beyond that. The sheet steel we use for the Bricks lockers is composed of 85% recycled steel and is provided with a durable, solvent-free powder coating that meets all quality and durability requirements. This coating of at least 70 μm is available in any RAL colour and improves scratch and impact resistance. Because the configuration is flat and smooth, it prevents dirt accumulation and facilitates cleaning. These and other features make our lockers low-maintenance and eliminate the need for periodic service and/or maintenance.
While developing the Bricks, we kept in mind that manufacturers of locking systems also continue to develop. The construction allows the configurations to be refurbished with a different or newer locking system if required. In reality, it can also happen that the Bricks are written off economically, but not technically. In that case, they get a second life in another area of the market and still have a residual value for the original client. Finally, the metal lockers can be 99.9% recycled at the end of their life span. All this means that the environmental impact of producing these lockers is kept to a minimum.
